There are several ways to experience Brain Gym with Anne Marie
Learn all 26 Brain Gym activities and how to give Brain Gym balances and repatternings to yourself and others. Brain Gym 101 will provide the cognitive information to understand why each activity is important--plus you will receive ample experience in
performing each activity as well as in performing "balances" for others. In addition, you will receive balances yourself, as well as a repatterning, for the deepest most profound changes. And you will learn
when and where to repeat all of these activities, balances, and repatternings, for your own well being, as well as those you love and work with.
Brain Gym 101 is the foundational class for all other courses in the Brain Gym/Educational Kinesiology curriculum. While we hope that you will go on to take more advanced classes, many teachers and social workers find that they incorporate simple balances and activities into their classrooms and work with clients after this class.
Classes are taught by Anne Marie or by other Brain Gym Instructors throughout the world.
Anne Marie next Brain Gym 101 class may be on the official Brain Gym website, but she also sets up classes based on the interest of people who call or e-mail her so not everything appears on the official calendar.
